[Freeciv-Dev] Making custom civilizations

 Would it be possible to have an option to make your own custom civilization.
Say bring up a menu for choosing a flag, a name, etc. As for city naming, you
wouldn't get a city name already there for you, but other than that it could be
pretty neat. It might have to be disabled in multiplayer games though, so that
could be a bit of a problem.
