[Freeciv-Dev] City lists

First, I'm completely fresh at this list, so have me excused if this
matter has been discussed earlier.

If I understand the matters right, earlier there were a nation "Vikings"
which was supposed to be for all the Scandinavian countries.
However, later the Danes and Swedes got their own nations.  I tried
playing as the Vikings with AI players beeing Swedes, Danes, etc, and I
think it got a bit "inconsistent", because the Viking names were from all
of Scandinavia.  Especially a "bug" with "Kobenhavn" beeing a Viking city
name, while "København" is the Dane city name, that's ... a bit 
inconsistant.

Since the Vikings have a Norwegian flag and might play together with
Danes, Swedes and Finnish, I edited the nations file a bit by adding more
Norwegian names and removing Swedish.  I added the names quite random just
as they popped through my mind.

"Kaupang" is sort of a Norwegian word for "port", I think we have several
small places with this name today.  However, I think of the first
known Norwegian port.  It's not civilized today.  I also think "Nidaros"
is more "correct" than "Trondheim" - the city has had the name "Nidaros"
for quite a longer time of history than "Trondheim" if I'm not mistaken.

I also added two former Swedish cities ... Vyborg and Holmgard (there is a
small clash here, also, as Holmgard is known as Novgorod today).
