[Freeciv-Dev] Another stupid question

Now that I'm at it, Why do the compilation fail with the error-message

make[2]: *** No rule to make target `en.gmo', needed by `all-yes'.  Stop.

(it gives the same error without the worklist patch applied)
I have found out how to comment out the offending line, so I get a workable
executable.
