[Freeciv-Dev] "We love the Mr. Day" (PR#231)

When the citizens are happy, they sometimes celebrate i.e. "We love
the Mr. President Day" in a republic.  This clearly makes some fuzz
for an anarchy :) "We love the Mr. Day" is the message I get ... and
it seems a bit ... strange, I think :)

http://www.freeciv.org/bugs/ doesn't seem to exist.  Which bug
tracking system do you use?

I'm playing a CVS version, checked out some hours ago.  I don't know
the proper way to solve this issue, and I absolutely haven't seen into
the code, so excuse me for not contributing a patch for it :)
