Hope this get's through alright, I'm setting up a new mailclient.

Included is a useable patch to enable the "turns left" text for the
gtk-client.

I've inserted Sebastian Bauer's city_turns_to_build function into
common/city.c, and added the appropriate code in client/gui-gtk/citydlg.c
(With i18n).
I wasn't quite sure where to put the function, but it sounded like a good
place :-)

Turns left are no longer displayed for capitalization.

Diff is against latest cvs.
