Actually there are quite a few server 'set names' that don't match the
variable names in the code.  I noticed this problem in setting up the
civserver.freeciv.org game reports that pulled information from the
save files.  I don't know if this is worth cleaning up or not, but I am
sure that people coming into the project fresh would appreciate it.
