[Freeciv-Dev] 1.9.0 RPM files

I have managed to dig up some 1.9.0 .rpm files.  I installed them and they
appear to work.  I have yet to figure out how to run the client and all, but
that I am working on.  Gotta RTFM (I used to run it manually).  I noticed that
the .rpm file on the site is at 1.8.1 I believe.  Who should I get this to so
they can update it (Paul?)
