forgetting Anthony Stuckey ...

This makes me wonder what would happen if someone had a serious problem
with Freeciv.  Many files are in Freeciv that the original authors have
never seen, yet their copyright notice is on them.  Are they responsible
(as far as upholding the license is concerned, etc.) for the code I added?

I'm not interested in 'spoiling' freeciv-dev with a discussion about
responsibility, but maybe someone has a good URL discussing this issue.
