[Freeciv-Dev] Inter14n and Localisation,

Hello,

   this first try of inter... is a success. I was abble to read the first 
sentence of the server in Spanish and in French via LANG env variable.

Some remarks :
  
   - es.po and fr.po, there isn't the classic FreeCiv copyrigth.
   - make dist,install-exec,install-strip and maintainer-clean work fine.
   - make uninstall doesn't wipe out freeciv directories for tiles and
rulesets. The directory are emptied.
   - aclocal and autoconf show the following message :

which probably means I will have to reread gettext doc.
