Will it be made like a big file for each Nation? That file could
contain:

1. Nations name
2. Nations leaders
3. Cities
4. Nation Description // could be used in help 

And of course there should be made a flag for the new Nation.

I Think ill start making such for Denmark .. then hope it will go in in
1.8.2 :o) anyways such stuff could be put in /contrib/development
