Hello,

   your first solution was a good one. You generate autostuffs as usually.
Then, you add your hand written Makefiles. How does people do under
windows to generate automatically Makefiles ? Is there a tool to do that
without using gnu tools ? Another possibility is that there is an option
of automake or autoconf to explicit the dependencies.
