Hi,

I think nukes are useless.  I think they should be able to be at least
loaded on bombers, or have a few extra movement points.  Failing this, I
propose another type of unit - the ICBM.

        * Cost:         Same as a nuke
        * Damage:       Same as a nuke
        * Movement:     Infinite
        * Requirement:  Space flight
