[Freeciv-Dev] Suggestion

Hi there,

    Here's one for ya.  (great game by the way!)  Anyhow, it would be
neat if you could turn on a special server option too allow new players
too join the game, ie: they get (2) settlers and (1) explorer.  It's not
really fair, but it would be exiciting and realistic, lets face it not
all nations started off equil, some got started later/sooner.  Anyhow,
it would be a really interesting feature.
