Hello,

     following Alexandre remark, destroyed civilization are now not shown
in the report about the RICHEST / most ADVANCED / most MILITARIZED /
HAPPIEST / LARGEST civilzations. I'd like someone to try this on a
savegame with at least one destroyed civilization.
