[Freeciv-Dev] Spliting GFX from Freeciv distro?

Hi!

I was thinking it could be a good idea to split the graphics from
Freeciv itself, to allow more graphics releases and make more choices
for ppl.
The graphics at the website is almost finished at least for the 45x45
tiles.
