Actually no CTP in here... yet!

The GTK+ version used in the 1.8.1 client will be either 1.2.0 or 1.2.1.
The client doesn't like anything previous to 1.2.0 (because GTK+ had
refresh bugs, etc)

BTW i added last weekend a graphical foodbox ala Civ2 to the GTK+ client.
I'm not certain if i should include it or not because it uses a new 15x15
food icon.  (It also makes the city dialog look a bit uglier).
