Lynx can certainly retrieve at least the first one (which I just tested).
Depending on your Lynx version and configuration, you may see one of three
things:
1) Lots of strange garbage.
2) An uncompressed version of the save file (which is plain text).
3) A prompt for Download/Cancel.
In either of the first two cases, you can then press capital 'V' to get
the "Visited Links Page", and from there you can tab/arrow down to the
link you want and press lower-case 'd' to force a download.
