[Freeciv-Dev] Freeciv on Win98 with MIX does not work

Hi!

I have problems starting the freeciv-client.

I am not in a network, but there is the possibility to dial into internet.
(I want to play offline... at least until it works ;-)

Software:
- Win98
- MIX Build 19 Mar 1998
- Freeciv-server reports: Freeciv version 1.8.0 (beta release)

Someone out there who can help?
