[Freeciv-Dev] New GTK+ client version

That's right, yet another GTK+ client version.

This one is for testing some ideas i had. They may not go into the final
release.  You can get the latest version as usual from:

<http://www.rnl.ist.utl.pt/~vasc>

This new version features among other things file loading support for 
TGA format tiles.  These load much faster and are <50% the size of xpm's
due to RLE (they compress less with gzip though).

For those of you with problems with getting keyboard shortcuts to work:
if i didn't manage to fix that problem in this release please notify me.

BTW Imlib is not required for this release.  Just plain GTK+ >=1.1.13
