Hello FreeCiv team,
I've got a new version of CivWorld ready on my homepage, no time for an
upload on ftp.freciv.org today, sorry.
What's changed:
 fixed some bugs,
 Cut/Copy/Paste of recatangular areas
 1-step undo (I plan on extending this in the future)
 clickable world overview window
 probably introduced some new bugs...
