[Freeciv-Dev] message option bug

In my "Message Options" window, I have "Wonder stopped" x "Messages window"
set to "Yes".  But, I don't get messages about these events in the message
window (the one that pops up).  I do get messages about wonders started and
completed, but not stopped.
