Here it gets tricky ... Because, Brussels is a bilingual cities. So
should I use "Brussels" (it's the capital of the flemish region) or
"Bruxelles" (80% of the people in Brussels speak french) ? Beside that,
to reflect the "federalness" of Belgium I decided to alternate between
flemish and walloon cities (Brussels being the capital it is the first
one, the flemish representing 60% of the belgians I decided to start
with them).

So here's my solution :

So what should I do to see these changes in the patch ?
