Naming isn't very coherent, and we shouldn't be too strict here.

Nazi meant national-socialistic and was exactly this (before war).

Almost every political movement is talking about equality.
They just mean something completely different by that word.
NSDAP were talking about equality too.

The most basic socialist idea is that people can't just decide for themselves.
This apply very well for Nazis.

Socialists also want state control everywhere.
The same with Nazis.

NSDAP really wanted all German people to be equal, and for their
favourite way to make them equal, look at Hitlerjugend.

Jews simply didn't fit in their image of German (there had to be one
type of German, that's all what socialism is about), so they made
hate campaign against them and passed anti-Jews laws.
Is this any different from anti-immigrant hate campaigns and laws
socialists pass everywhere ?

During war, things were of course different.

No, it wasn't.
It was very very accurate.

European socialists always apply their ideas only to members of
own nation.

Look at one of their favourite idea : taxing people to help poor.

Of course, taxes go only to poor people in their country.
They don't even consider helping citizen of Sudan or Mozambique,
although these people would need it much much more, just to live.
Such help could be also enough for these coutries to start some
real production and export and to enter progress pathand not need
such help any more.

Now see ?

NSDAP was no different.
