My reinterpretation of that newbie guide document was simply a better
translation of the English used in it. Since I am so new to actually
working with the detailed coding and AI aspects of Freeciv, I can't speak
to how accurate it is. I did try to more adequately explain some of the
concepts contained within the document for the newbie as most of the
concepts were fairly straightforward and mutually useful concepts across
the various Civ games.
