Lo, the moon is waxing and I am here again, to fulfill my mission and finally
find my calm! To refresh your dusty memories, process_*_want() is the cleanup,
hopefully sorting up the Syela's lewd code out there. And lo, I started playing
FreeCiv again recently, so I may return again.. sometime..
