One possible place to change it would be in 
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/netfilter/ip_conntrack_tcp_timeout_close_wait

You would echo the appropriate number of seconds into that string.

i.e.   echo "45" > 
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/netfilter/ip_conntrack_tcp_timeout_close_wait

That's my educated guess. :)
