You can create additional Cox email addresses (up to 7 per Internet 
account, I believe), and each one comes with 10mb.  You could then do 
some creative inter-site linking (i.e. put all your images on your 2nd 
account, and have your inline images point there).

If you want to stay in the realm of 'free', that would be one option :)
