I hope this is considered ok but we're looking for someone for a web  
design position in our Wichita office.

This is a junior position so we don't necessarily need a guru but  
experience is required (not that we'd turn away someone with more  
skills).  Basic HTML and CSS skills will get the job done but perl  
and/or php skills are definitely a bonus.

This is a full time position but we may want to start someone off  
part time depending on experience (ramping them up as they get more  
proficient).  Pay is very much dependent on experience/skills.

There are no educational or "certification" requirements for this  
position.

If you know someone that is interested please have them drop a short
