Composite Video Amplifier

Does any one in this group know of a source for a cheap [less than $15]
video distribution amp?

The reason why...

I had to move my computer that has a video out that I connect to a TV....
with the longer cable now being used I loose much of the 'BRIGHTNESS' of the
video signal.. put the shorter cable back on and the images are bright
again...
