still not fixed.   See below.

However, it may be a problem at the mail server end.  John sent an email 
about problems on complete.org that began there yesterday.  
I note that you sent it with content/type as text/plain us-ascii,  but 
my host ( Linux RH9 ) and client (mozilla on linux) did the conversion 
from quoted-printable to 8bit so somehow it thinks it is 
quoted-printable anyway.
