Right after I posted my request I found a program which would "ALT+TAB"
through any open windows at a preset timing.. but it will not do a "F5" to
force a screen refresh.

He wrote it for use at trade shows....

So I wrote the programmer asking how much trouble it would be to add that
function to the program.
