Actually I'm not sure if he is actually referring to this or not but there
was a 1960s movie staring James Coburn that was named "In Like Flint".
It was sort of a spy movie spoof and actually ruined the phrase for a
while because people confused the orginal and the spoof.

...and and the orginal is a pretty much a reference to statutory rape.
That may date it the most.  I doubt today such slang would probably become
so commonly accepted given its origin (or supposed origin because some
people disagree with it coming from Errol Flynn).
