hey,

Let's keep it friendly.
It's an opinion on an sort-of off-topic subject. 

I would love to know who this person is. Not for retaliation, for
information. 

I'm also taking measures to write a letter (by hand, with a legible copy
printed and signed enclosed) to the mayor and my council-person.
