I have installed Windows on machines with LILO installed. Windows doesn't
care. It just overwrites LILO.
More likely the problem is that Window sees your Linux partitions and thinks
they're compressed partitions.
To answer your question on how to remove LILO, though... just run "fdisk
/mbr" (that's DOS's fdisk)
