I would just look at pricewatch.  Plan to spend a while (an hour or two,
perhaps?) going thru listings and finding that most cases don't fit your
exact requirements.

I do have, actually, an __AT__ tower case.  I'm not sure how tall it is...
but I'm sure it's taller than what you asked for.  It has 4 ext. 5.25" bays,
2 internal 5.25" bays (easily converted to 3.5" w/ drive mounts, which I can
provide) and 2 ext 3.5" bays.  It came originally from a Gateway 486/33...
but I've been using it for my K6-3/450 system for a couple years now.  I
know you wanted ATX.. but if you can't find one, and if it works out that
you can set up an AT system instead, I'm willing to make this case available
to you.
