[aclug-L] Create a Debian Offical CD?

Hi, all
   I have a question, I don't know which Pseudo image
should I get to burn a Debian CD.
binary-i386-1.list
or
binary-i386-1_NONUS.list

or both?
Do I need to create both CD? 
I try to create a Psedo image on windows:

c:\pseudo-image-kit-2.0> make-pseudo-image
binary-i386-1.list ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian
is that correct?

then rename
move pseduo-image binary-i386-1.iso

the step to converting it to the Official image
rsync --verbose --progress --stats --block-size=8192
            
ftp.debian.org::debian-cd/pub/mirrors/debian-cd/2.2_rev2/i386/binary-i386-1.iso
.
