 Nope. It's a file that, when installed, allows you to dial directly
 to a, typically, foreign server with tons of 'free' porn. You get hit
 with long distance charges as opposed to membership fees. Also, being
 out of the country, it's usually filled with underage teeny boppers
 that are, as Clint's new favorite word for it states, getting Jiggy
 with each other. :) It's the same thing that someone installed on
 Clint's computer when he wasn't looking the other day. heh heh.
