try upgrading to 1.4.1a ...  there were a number of improvements since the
1.3.x series...  iirc, there was one release that always reported official
servers to be busy (tho' OpenNap servers worked fine)...  i've been using
it for about a year now, and it's great!  so far the only nap client i've
been able to get to work! : ^ )
