What kind of keyboard is it?

You can usually get PS/2 *mouse* controllers.. might be possible to get a
PS/2 keyboard controller.

I've had a KB controller go bad on a motherboard before.

What kind of motherboard is it? And how do you know the motherboard(s) are
what is the problem? Have you tried other CPUs or RAM?

What kind of system is it? Pentium? pII? K6-2/III, etc?
