Jonathan,
Looking at the records, it appears that you forgot to send in the
confirmation message that the web program sent you to send in. Did
you send it in? Or, can you be a bit more specific as to the problem.
FYI, people seem to have subscribed via the website as recently as
1:14 PM yesterday.
