In an article on Linux Daily News, Bill Gates says he MIGHT open-source the 
Windows code.  I think this MAY or MAY NOT be a good idea, because, I 
personally might like to look at the code just to see why Windows code is 
buggy.  I would also like to learn the architecture of kernel design, that is, 
if windows has kernel or even a microkernel.
