Okay, here's a question I thought of the other day... I believe I know the
answer, but I'll let others try if they want to... just for fun.  Please
reply to me privately rather than to the list, so you don't send your answer
to everyone.  :-)

Here's the question:

Using standard dotted-decimal notation, how many _routeable_ IP addresses
contain exactly 12 digits (not counting the periods as digits)?
