I'm trying to get faster access to the internet. I just moved. I used to
get 28.8 with my 56K modem. Now I get 26.4. What a thrill. I'm in the
military and have to move frequently, sometimes to places that don't have
much of the high speed internet stuff. That's why I'm thinking about
accessing the internet via satellite. I've been looking at DirecPC, but
they say they only work with Microsoft. Does anyone have any experience
with getting it to work with Linux? Is there another service provider that
gives Linux the internet via satellite for a reasonable price?
