[aclug-L] mailing list abuse

Recently, people attempted to subscribe aclug-L to several different
mailing lists in an attempt to inconvenience users or crash the
server.  The only ones that actually made it past various filters and
security mechanisms are those from cnn.com.  I am working with
postmasters at various locations to track down the perpetrator.  I
have banned posts from the effected sites to the list as well.
