All of the 200M IBM drives I saw were SCSI.  I bought a couple of those for
$5 each.  I also bought a couple unknown drives that turned out to be 500M
fuji SCSI's. I've yet to find the time to see if any of them actually work.
But at $5 each I was willing to take my chances...
