Sounds like you didn't have your DNS entries set up. There's a tab for them
somewhere in the kppp setup, you just need to add the two for Southwind's
DNS servers (206.53.103.1 & 206.53.103.3). If you run on a local network
when you're not connected, you may need to check the box that says something
like "don't use local DNS when connected".
