This is a kernel crash, the Linux equivolent of a Blue Screen of Death
in Windows. This is generally indicitave of a hardware failure but it
is possible that there is a bug in the kernel or one of your modules
that caused this.
If you are overclocking your CPU, this is one possible result.
Another thing that can trigger this is bad RAM or a bad swap disk.
