[aclug-L] Kppp, and hosname lookup failure

Hello all,

I have installed RH 6.0 last night and set up kppp to dial up southwind. Now i 
can dial
southwind fine and ping outside with ip address only.(ping 206.53.103.1 and so 
forth)
But i am unable to ping by name(ping southwind.net). I have the 
/etc/resolv.conf file and it has
the name servers of southwind. I stopped and restarted the inet deamon.

Stiill cannot relosve ipaddress/hostname problem.

So my question is, what am i missing here? Suggestions?
