Actually, you don't need to unpack it, just copy the entire .etheme file to
/usr/share/enlightenment/themes. The next time you restart enlightenment, it
should be available. Enlightenment DR15.5 is able to deal with either
compressed/archived themes or with the decompressed/unarchived directory
structure.
