Problem with the Pilot is that the screen isn't very wide.  However,
it is possible in many cases to display things on-line on the Pilot.
There are several readers of a special .doc format (having nothing to
do with Word) and converters for Linux that can convert text and HTML
to that format.  So, you should have no trouble.

CE devices tend to have the wider screen but, OTOH, are bulky, have a
poor interface, are crash-prone, etc.
